True Lacrosse offers both private and small-group lessons for boys and girls. Schedules for these programs will be customized according to player and coach schedules.
While playing lacrosse at the team level is undoubtedly important, coaches are focused on facilitating entire practices, and it's impossible to give every player the attention they need in order to reach their peak. Private instruction is the best way to gain a competitive edge amongst your peers.
Small-group lessons allow players to learn in an intimate setting, with the added benefit of incorporating small-ball game situations like the 2- and 3-man games that are so common in lacrosse today.
True's hour-long private sessions are designed to develop specific skills and improve overall Lacrosse IQ. Whether you are an advanced collegiate athlete or a beginner handling a stick for the first time, True training can help you achieve your immediate and long-term goals.
